Method

    Lightly pound the cutlets, season, dust with flour, fry in oil 3 minutes per side, keep warm.

    Render the diced bacon and onion in the pan, add the sliced mushrooms and fry until brown.

  3. 3

    Deglaze with the stock, add the cream, reduce for 5 minutes, season.

  4. 4

    Pour the sauce over the cutlets, parsley on top, serve with Spätzle.
