Method
- 1
Hard-boil and peel two eggs. Soak and squeeze the rolls, finely dice the onions.

Knead the mince with the bread, onions, raw eggs, mustard, paprika, salt and pepper.

Shape into a loaf, work the boiled eggs into the middle, lay the bacon slices over the top.

Bake in a dish at 180 °C for 60 minutes, pouring in the stock after 20.

Boil the juices with the cream, season, slice the meatloaf.
