Method

    Peel and slice the potatoes, quarter the mushrooms, cut the onions into rings.

  2. 2

    Fry the potatoes in oil for 5 minutes without moving, turn, add the caraway, another 8 minutes.

  3. 3

    Fry the mushrooms hot and brown in a second pan, add the onions and garlic.

  4. 4

    Toss everything together, season, parsley on top, serve with gherkins.
