Method

    Stir the pudding powder smooth with the sugar and 6 tbsp of the cold milk.

    Bring the remaining milk to the boil, take off the heat, stir in the pudding mix, bring back to the boil.

    Fill into bowls, serve with cherries — warm or cold.
