Method

    Cut the rolls into thick slices.

    Whisk the milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar, soak the slices in it for 5 minutes.

    Fry in butter over medium heat until golden on both sides.

    Roll in cinnamon sugar, serve with apple sauce.
