Method

    Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk with 1 tbsp sugar, knead with the flour, 80 g butter, 60 g sugar, the egg and salt into a smooth dough, prove for 1 hour.

    Stone and quarter the plums (not cut all the way through).

    Roll the dough out on the tray, lay the plums on closely like roof tiles.

    Rub 120 g butter, 120 g sugar, 150 g flour and cinnamon into streusel, scatter over, bake at 180 °C for 35 minutes.
