Method

    Cook the pasta al dente (or use yesterday’s leftovers), dice the onion, cut the ham into strips.

    Mix the pasta, ham, peas and onion in a greased dish.

    Whisk the eggs, cream and milk with salt, pepper and nutmeg, pour over, cheese on top.

    Bake at 180 °C for 30 minutes until the custard is set.
