Method

    Peel and boil the potatoes until soft, dice the onions and sweat in lard until translucent.

    Pull the corned beef apart, warm with the onions, dice the beetroot small.

  3. 3

    Mash the potatoes, stir in the meat, beetroot and a little beetroot juice, season with salt and pepper.

    Fry the eggs. Serve the Labskaus with a fried egg, rollmops and gherkin.
