Method

    Preheat the oven to 240 °C. Stir the passata with crushed garlic, oregano, olive oil and salt.

    Roll out the dough, spread thinly with sauce, torn mozzarella and Gouda on top.

    Top each half as you like: salami, mushrooms, peppers.

    Bake for 12–15 minutes until the edge is brown.
