Method

    Peel the potatoes and cut into even slices, dice the bacon, slice the onions into rings.

    Heat the fat in a large pan, add the potatoes in one layer, leave alone for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Turn, add the bacon, onions and caraway, fry another 10 minutes, season.
