Bake the fries in the oven as the packet says.

For the sauce finely dice the onion and sweat in oil, toast the curry powder and paprika briefly.

Add the ketchup, honey, vinegar and 100 ml water, simmer for 10 minutes, blend, season.

Fry the sausages, cut into pieces, pour the sauce over and dust with curry powder.
