Method

    Cut the chicken into strips, season with paprika, cumin, salt and pepper, fry in oil for 6 minutes.

    Shred the lettuce, dice the peppers and tomatoes, drain the sweetcorn, stir the yoghurt with lemon and salt.

  3. 3

    Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry pan.

    Put everything on the table — everyone fills and rolls their own.
