Method

    For the Obatzda mash the Camembert with a fork, knead with the soft butter, cream cheese, paprika, caraway, salt and pepper.

    Stir in finely diced onion and a splash of beer, leave for 30 minutes.

    Serve with pretzels, radishes, sliced alpine cheese and chives.
